Hi Rapheal, Karma using the Public/Private key combination and is almost impossible to break. Also, there are scams going on that even if you pay to them, you don't get your files back. Only way to get back your data is from your backups (if you have) or from system restore if you have taken checkpoints in recent time, before the infection (winodws , 8, 10 feature) .
