95946 Convert Videos and Show me how

I use an Apple computer, I make short video clips with Imovie and then into Quicktime movies I upload to video sharing sites. Some sites do not accept the videos I make because of the format they are in. I need someone to convert some of my movies into a format that will be accepted by the video sites and show me how to do it as well so I can do it myself.

I was thinking flash video 8.

Please only bid if you PM me and also if you understand the different video codecs and also if you can show me how to convert my quick time files into something these sites will accept.

Bw aware that these videos are adult in nature.

When you PM me I will send you to a site where you can download the quicktime files and test them out.
