New Computer Fan/CPU Troubleshooting

Dear sir, there is no problem of CPU Fan, there is one setting at bios (del/F2/f10 key at bootup) problem is that, some service which are running at boot time, is causing heavy CPU usages. Windows Indexing service (for fast file search) may also causing this. if you give me access via any remote sharing software (TV/Ammy) I will resolve the issue in 5-10 minute only. experience : 25 years withe the PC. I'm looking through the specs for your laptops. Are they both set to the same screen resolution? It may be possible the regular usage + integrated graphics is being a bit hard on the laptop. I'm willing to look into other possible issues too :) I use a laptop with specs lower than your laptop's, and I can play Minecraft at 10 fps using Optifine. Not sure if that means a lot to you or not. Windows 10? How's the disk usage too? Hope you find a working solution :)

From the problem description I think I can provide you with a quick and easy method to identify if the problem is software (Operating System or Application) related or is an actual physical hardware fault with the PC. If it is a software issue I can then advise what steps to take to resolve the problem. If it proves to be a hardware problem you will of course need to recontact Lenovo to seek a repair under any warranty you may have with them.
