We are having issues with our Windows Server 2012 RT hosted through 1and1.com. We are looking for someone to correct the following issues. 1. Remote Access for other users outside of Admin. a. We are not able to add any users we add to our server access to remote desktop 2. Setting up FTP for our users to work on websites. a. Every time we create an FTP site, we still are unable to connect to it via Dreamweaver or FileZilla After correcting the issue we would like to have a short straight to the point list for each of the issues. So moving forward we know how to add users to access our server remotely and also for designers to be able to connect to FTP correct. We are looking to award tonight and get this done tonight because we are at a standstill with our projects because of this. Thanks!

Hi Are you using FileZilla stp server ? And did you add the users to the allowed users list for remote desktop ? Please let me check your configs via teamviewer so i can start on it thanks in advance
