A small and growing company needs someone to handle record keeping. This does not include writing checks or making deposits Pay will be based on progress made. Per forms processed, reports made, accounts, balanced, etc. Bookkeeper and data entry specialist needed 1. Bookkeeping a. Enter Transactions in Quickbooks (via log-me-in) b. Catalog receipts and account statements c. Reconcile each account (9 accounts) each month d. Reconcile each account for 2013 & 2012 & 2011 and enter missing transactions e. Transfer transaction history from mvelopes to quickbooks f. Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly quickbook report of expenses, P&L, and equity g. Fillout quarterly and annual state & federal paycheck statements (W2, 1099, 941, Unemp, etc) h. Double check all closed loans have been paid and deposited i. Check accounts for unauthorized charges Candidate must have these qualities …. 1. Fluent English – written & phone 2. Eager and hard working 3. Dedicated, honest, reliable 4. Ability to work to deadlines 5. Available at least a. 30 hours per week to catch up for past booking needed b. 5 hours per week regularly c. Extra 5-10 hours as needed for reports or forms to fill out 6. Able to follow tasks lists 7. Good at solving problems 8. Experience with bookkeeping and reconciling accounts and quickbooks 9. Attention to detail 10. Not board with tedious tasks 11. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all business and client information 12. I have experience with many applications including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Peachtree, Kronos, Nextgen and more. I have been an office manager doing different tasks including finances in a bail bond company, vending company and medical office. I also have done taxes and filing for multiple people over the years and am very comfortable working with numbers. I am a dedicated and dependable person. Completion rate low because of past employer who wanted me to do illegal stuff and I refused.

Please allow me to explain briefly the contribution I would make to your organization.I have an accounting degree with six years experience working as a bookkeeper as well as an executive assistant. In my latest job some of my duties included excel spread sheets, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoice,data entry and tax forms processing. I have worked with quickbooks pro, peach tree and have done payroll with intuit, pay cycle and citibank payroll. I also have an ITIN for 2014 tax season. I have great references I can provide from my past jobs. Also all my jobs gave been companies in the New York area.
