The procedure is very simple but does depend both on the format you want and your expected turnover . If you wish to trade as a limited company then you will need to register with companies house and also register with HMRC for corporation tax . Your accounts will then get filed online once a year through an online portal that takes in both companies house and HMRC . If you wish to trade unlimited then you will only need to register with HMRC and submit a tax return online once a year . If you have a large turnover you would also need to register for VAT and pay that on a quarterly basis . The procedure is reasonably simple and I would be happy to do it from this end to take the stress out of it for you . I also run a bookkeeping service on quickbooks and will be happy to run your bookkeeping from this end , providing you with full accounts and management information when you need it , as well as making sure your accounts are filed on time .The charge for this service is £15 per hour. All you have to do to get started is to accept my bid , I will then send you an authority to sign so I can deal with HNRC and companies house on your behalf and get started .
