I need a letter on CPA letterhead showing I started my business in 2012 as Photos by Rissa (sole proprietor) and in 2019 became an LLC. Photos by Rissa, LLC. Thats what I need. I have taxes from 2012, all the info is public knowledge on sunbiz.org. But Im refinancing my house and my lender needs it in writing on CPA letterhead. Need this soon as its a document needed to close. I have all my taxes since 2012 showing my business name as Photos by Rissa and in 2019 I switched to an LLC. So it changed to Photos by Rissa, LLC. I have my legal documents, taxes everything. I just need it on CPA letterhead saying I became a corporation in 2019 but was a business since 2012 as soon as possible. I do my own taxes so I dont have an accountant. But we're refinancing our house and its a letter the lender needed
