I have full set of plans done by a designer . We are moving a non bearing wall two feet to get a five foot radius in bathroom for ADA requirements. We are also cutting in new window in perimeter block wall. We have all plans including full structural stamped drawings. Have met with city . Problem is they want the plans stamped by licensed architect and even though it is minor alterations. So I’m stuck until solved
