The Role We’re seeking a creative, reliable, and versatile freelance designer to produce compelling image designs, motion graphics, and animated assets for our marketing and product needs. This role will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring all content feels fresh, dynamic, and aligned with Tapp’s brand voice. Experience with AI-driven image and video generation tools (like Veo 3 or similar) is a strong advantage, as we’re experimenting with cutting-edge creative workflows. Key Responsibilities Design static and animated visuals for digital marketing, in-app content, ads, and social media campaigns. Produce short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics that capture attention and drive engagement. Work with our team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand strategy. Integrate AI-powered visuals (Veo 3, Runway, MidJourney, or similar) into design workflows when relevant. Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, optimized for web/social, and meet deadlines. Provide creative input and ideas to elevate the brand’s visual identity. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong portfolio showcasing image design and motion graphics work. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) or equivalent. Experience creating dynamic, polished visuals for digital channels (ads, app, social). Strong sense of visual storytelling, animation, and branding. Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work independently. Bonus: Experience with AI-powered tools (Veo 3, Runway, MidJourney, etc.) for image/video generation. Deliverables 5–10 short animated videos or ad creatives per month.
