Graphics Designer for Prize Draw Campaign

Our community based sports club is running a fund raising prize draw event in August 2014. Some of the committee have drafted two very basic template poster designs capturing ideas. We are now looking to hire an expert to enhance, redesign or create a fresh using some element of these to produce a final design which 1) can be used as a poster and flyer to promote the event and 2) can be incorporated into our social media marketing campaign run via Facebook and twitter. We would expect the selected candidate to review current drafts, create two new designs for each of the two drafts and also create a fresh design using their creative skills. We would then expect 5 designs to be delivered for review after which we would select two for further revision before deciding on the final design. The final design should be delivered in a format which would support printing of posters and flyers and also in a format to allow us to incorporate the pdf or image into our social media advertising campaign. The existing basic draft template designs are attached. When bidding on the project please respond to state your experience and how you would approach the re-design. Additional details about the draw to be added to the posters will also be provided during the selection process.
