[url removed, login to view] is looking for a bright, enthusiastic Video Sales Manager to become the next member of our growing Small Business team. The candidate will work closely with other team members to drive strategy for small business clients.

Ad Focused is an ad network headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, USA specializing in digital advertising. The position is a remote work at home position.

This is a part time position working 10am- 2pm PST time with the option of transitioning into a full time position working 9am-5pm PST time.

Responsibilities

The Video Sales Manager will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for meeting client goals.

Day To Day Responsibilities Include

* Contact advertisers as well as publishers in order to establish relationships with them

• Managing digital campaigns and implement strategies for meeting client goals and objectives

• Owning campaign set-up & delivery

• Campaign monitoring and optimization execution to ensure optimal performance

• Delivering client performance reporting and updates

• Communicating with clients over skype and email

• Working with Account Executive to respond to and execute on client RFPs

• First response troubleshooting

• Must know video prerol, display and mobile.

• Assist in growing our video division

• Assist in transitioning the company to be an exchange

Required Skills

* Minimum of 3-4 years of previous experience in digital and/or platform sales required (video, mobile, tech/platform, ad serving, programmatic, and/or rich media sales experience are all welcome)

*Wide network and book of contacts across media agencies, brand advertisers (past success with a variety of accounts is a plus)

*Consultative sales experience and success in developing long-term partner relationships

Superior presentation skills and the ability to make complex ideas easily understand

Detail-oriented salesperson who meticulously manages pipeline, targets new accounts, closes business, and manages follow-ups via our Zoho CRM

• Have extensive knowledge of ad exchanges

• Excellent communication skills, online and over the phone

• Knowledge in display, video and mobile

• Client management experience (internal and external) preferred, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines

• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment

• Troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and problem-solve

• Comfortable with ‘test and learn’ approach for best practice sharing

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Flexible, team-oriented collaborator

• Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment – able to multi-task

• Understanding of web-based applications

• Must know how to use ad servers and setup campaigns

• Emphatic interest in online advertising

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online advertising management (ad serving) systems, self service bidding systems, Video Peroll

• Client-facing Ad Agency / Publisher / Ad Network / Advertising Technology Vendor / Technical Engineering or Account Management experience in the digital advertising space

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management applications

Desired Experience

• 3+ years experience in Sales/Video preroll/Client Services / Account Management in digital or online advertising preferred
