A Video Editor For YouTube Videos

I am looking for a video editor who can edit raw footage and media to form videos that are fully ready for viewing. This work can be laborious, as it involves selecting and organizing footage, sourcing additional media, such as music, performing color grading and cleaning up audio, and working with our vision, often while trying to meet brisk deadlines. Requirements: Create digital and multimedia content videos and photos. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop Advanced knowledge of graphic design, creation, and implementation, both with and without templates Strong skills in sound mixing, color correction Strong communication skills to collaborate The ability to perform under deadline in a calm, efficient, and professional manner Minimum of 1 year of experience in editing Video-editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) Graphics and visual effects software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, lightroom, premiere pro) Additional bonus experience: Must have social media experience growing an audience on FB and YT Create eye-catching videos and graphics for all social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, tik-tok Create video emails and blogs Assist in creating ads for social media and YouTube Constant creation of video being recorded and edited and pushed out Being able to read the data and know what’s working and what’s not, and what the viewers want to see/learn more about Increase engagement and viewership on our social media pages Must bring the creativity of ideas to blow this up Must be able to implement at blazing speed How my videos are  currently made: #1. I do the research and write a script. #2. I record that script (only audio). #3. I edit and clean up the audio to make it ready for the video. #4. I find stock footage and other content from YouTube such as from the Tesla channel (and others) that work well together with what is being spoken at any given point throughout the video. #5. Add motion graphics such as texts, numbers, subscribe/like animations, etc. whenever and wherever appropriate. #6. I add a specific intro/outro that repeats in every video. #7. Music is from Epidemic Sound which is carefully chosen throughout the video. The music changes as the tone of what is being spoken changes. #8.I also have sponsors for some videos, which means the video will have some additional content at the beginning of the video and someplace in the middle. From the above list, I would like to outsource everything from #4 through #8. The video should carry out the same theme/style already established on the channel. Again, refer to the above two videos I mentioned. You will only receive the audio, and you will have to find video footage to complement what is being spoken, display motion graphics where applicable, etc. I will not provide you any video, other than the existing intro/outro which can be provided as a Premiere Pro project file including any motion graphics that are used in the current intro/outro.
