US Studio Video Data Collection Project – Multiple Languages Project Overview We are looking for experienced vendors, studios, and recruitment partners in the United States to support a large-scale video data collection project for AI research and model improvement purposes. Languages Required - French - Portuguese - Arabic - Hindi - Japanese - Chinese - Korean Participant Requirements - Location: United States only - Gender: Male and Female - Age Groups: - 20–33 years (High Priority) - 40–70 years - Multiple ethnicities required across all target languages. Recording Requirements - Recording Environment: Controlled Studio Environment Only - Video Type: Speaking Video / Lip Sync Recording - Duration: 5 Minutes per Participant - Resolution: 1080p - Frame Rate: 60 FPS - Encoding: H.264 - Format: MP4 - Orientation: Landscape Geographic Restrictions Data collection must NOT be conducted in the following states: - Colorado - Texas - Illinois - Washington - Idaho - Massachusetts - Florida - Arizona - Nevada - New York - California Consent & Compliance Requirements All participants must provide explicit consent for: - AI Training - Evaluation - Model Improvement - Internal Research Purposes Vendors must ensure all participants fully understand and sign the required consent documentation before participation. Volume Requirement Tentative requirement: - 50–100 participants per language Vendor Responsibilities - Source eligible participants within approved US locations. - Arrange controlled studio recording facilities. - Manage participant recruitment and scheduling. - Ensure compliance with consent and project guidelines. - Deliver recordings according to the technical specifications.
