I am looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager for a UK-based short-term rental company. The role is part-time and flexible, managing 2–3 properties/check-ins per day. Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and optimize property listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and [login to view URL] Ensure listings (descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, availability) are accurate and up to date Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments Handle guest inquiries, pre-stay questions, and in-stay requests professionally and promptly Escalate complex issues when necessary Requirements / Candidate Profile: Experience in short-term rental or property management (UK or US experience preferred) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working remotely and independently Able to manage multiple properties with timely responses Engagement Options: Part-time role (flexible schedule) Option for commission-based partnership if preferred Deliverables: Manage assigned properties efficiently, including listings and guest communication Ensure guest inquiries and bookings are handled within 24 hours
