Android Automation

Hello, I need to be developed an APP that will automate some things on Android. This APP should have an login screen where user will enter the email and password. After successful login, there will be an option to start/stop the automation. When user start the automation, the APP will do an request in background to get an target URL. The app will open this URL and click in one button that is presented on the website, then do an POST request in background to my server. Return to the APP, wait X seconds and check if is there another URL available and then continue doing that while user not stop the actions. There should be more functions like: detect if user is logged in or not, save the session, check if the button is present at the target website and others....
