Create Custom Android Component for Recyclerview and Progress bar

Hi I need custom components for recycler view and progress bar for android native project. Requirements: 1. Custom recyclerview should act like a table. It has header and rows. However, The first and last column must freeze. You can look the example video as attached. I made the view with 3 table layout with fix height size. The problem with the current solution is it will look different in other android screen. 2. Custom progress bar. You can see the example image as attached. It should be exactly like the image (the progress shape, the circle, etc). I give you the photoshop file as well. I should set the component's attribute programmatically. For example: [login to view URL](17), then the view will display the progress bar and the text as well.
