Multiple Inventories
• 3-5 Sub-users (Individual sub-user is a separate inventory)
• 5 Categories of products (Products to be able to add/remove/edit)
• Quantity is to be adjustable by the main user.
• Total Stock Balance of individual user/inventory inclusive of inventory of main user viewable as a whole by the main user
• The main user can sell products to end-user as well as sub-user inventory.
• Cost price to be determined individually at expenses invoices page.
• Each user will have their own wallet. Balance of wallet can be negative
• Multi-currency wallet(2 Currencies) (Conversion of currencies to be done manually by the main user at his defined exchange rate)
• The main user can give sales to sub-users through their own inventory at a commissioned rate.
• Sub-user can only see their own inventory.
• Both the main-user & the sub-user can place an order to the main inventory. (Acceptable only by the main user
• 2 Payment types to be available (Cash & Credit only)
• Cash payment to update wallet balance & Inventory
• Credit payment to update only inventory & not balance. (Until the main user accepts that that particular order is paid.
• If payment is not in full, then the amount that is paid to be adjusted. (New amount owed to be updated.
• Users should be able to place orders even if the user owes the company. (Approval subjected by the main user only
