Small changes in ready native Android app

I need a freelancer who can publish the ready Android app to my Google Play account. The required changes are:
1) In app purchase price will be changed to $50 and user can be able to buy this subscription for many times again and again. I mean if a person bought this $50 subscription, he should be able to buy this in app purchase again and again with his credit card on Google Play. Currently if a user subscribed to a package user can not subscribe again just after that.
2) Package name will be changed.
3) Logo will be changed.
4) App name will be changed.
5) App willbe pushed to Google Play account in production mode. I will publish the app myself.
