I need a Person who can develop and design a Web application from Scratch with me from Day 0 of the Project. This Project requires 60 Days to complete so people who want instant payment and completion should not apply. Some Milestones will be created for beginning the work. The Money can be deposited in Escrow it is not an issue. There are no files currently available and I will upload them in a week to 10 days time but before that I need guidance for the project to built the drawings together using a Basic Concept so it involved Research Work etc. and lots of Chatting with me and exploring three websites which are like Freelance Marketplaces. Some Basic Wireframes will need to be prepared including Flow Diagrams etc. before we proceed for Design and then development. I need to build a Web Application just like Freelancer for a Different Use Case which has the following features : 1. It Should be a Web Application and not a Website. Should be built on Angular/React. Database should be MongoDB. 2. It will have Payment Gateway Integration to Process Payments 3. There will be a Separate Panel which will be designed for the Marketplace Owner / Owner Dashboard 4. There will be a Separate Panel which will be designed for the Freelancer / Freelancer Dashboard 5. There will be a Separate Panel which will be designed for the People who want to hire Freelancers / Hiring Dashboard I can share more details via Chat / Discussions at this stage rather than here. It will be nice if I have a person who can design and develop the application also. Although there is no restriction as such for me to hire a freelancer. If the person applying has done this kind of an application before Only people who are willing to give this time and consistent effort should apply.
