Creating a 3 minutes Music video “anime” for upcoming artist.

I want to create a 3 minutes anime music video for a upcoming single that is in the pipeline, The track is entitled “Let It Rain” The style i was looking for was like the Movie “Kill Bill 1” where there is a cut scene in animation “Manga" of a assassin as a child killing a group of gangsters in a hotel. (Other anime “Manga styles” is always welcome’d as I’m very open minded). Let It Rain concept. I wanted an anime of me in the rain, location can be made up but to help make things easier from lip syncing i wanted it to be me fighting my demons in the rain! Only some bits for this you could maybe do lip syncing . My single would be playing in the background. “The storyboard could be more detailed if you would like me to draw up one but as i am a Digital Designer myself I know how creative designers are and like more freedom with what there most passionate about.
