Optimize page loading time

Hi, I need someone to optimize the loading time of the following page: [login to view URL] First and foremost I want the large white box with rounded corners with the main body text (starting with "Don't you agree that...") to be turned into CSS. It's currently three images, which slows down the page. I know it's possible to create rounded corners with CSS instead of images. Other than that, please tell me what you can do to further increase the loading time.
