• The WhatsApp API will run as a service. The software will be running in the background as the service, and we will call this service to send the messages.
• WhatsApp API need to be Automated.
• Able to receive the status regarding the message.
• Store the status, message and response of the customer in the database.
• Display all the messages sent and received and their status. Create a separate report for sending messages and receiving messages.
• Allowing multiple accounts that can be used at the same time in the same PC. Allow opening account at the same time from Min 1 to Max 5, allowing 1 account to be open the rest is add on if needed.
• WhatsApp API needs to run as a service. We do not want to run a physical web browser.
• If the message is sent unsuccessfully. It will enter the queue and retry for 5 times. After 5 times and the message still unsuccessful, it will be going into log record together with the status (“unsuccess”), that will lead to our backend to automatically use SMS API to send the message.
