Hi Shota, I'm interested in your project and want to discuss with you Some old sales data printer use RS232 standard as wire protocal. I also have experience in POS machine, i have made new product of POS working by wireless and bluetooth instead RS232 standard from old POS. That product also have bill printing and security lock and control by iPad or Android device. Honest arduino is simplest solution, but if you want to make something professional, i can make PCB with MCU in PCB, it will smaller and more suitable with sales data printer. Also can attach to data printer what you have sent in attachment. Wireless you can choose is bluetooth or standard wifi. I would prefer ESP32 microcontroller with LORA data comunication. For the sales data printer i need the model-number. But I guess it will be a serial printer with Japanese ASCII Code. I don't understand what all have to be included. Only the connection to the printers, or POS incl. creditcards or coins... Please make more concrete, what you need.
