Career Services tools to help students develop and showcase their skills and experience

We are looking Career Services tools to help students develop and showcase their skills and experience. To enhance one of these tools, resume development, the School of Business is issuing a solicitation for a resume analysis platform to enable students’ resume building. A one (1) year initial term, with four (4) optional one (1) year renewals is anticipated.

II. STATEMENT OF NEEDS

A. The Offeror’s solution shall provide a resume feedback platform that will provide, but not be limited to, the following aspects:

1. Personalized feedback

2. Provide specific insights on career planning

3. Ability for Career Services to reach students and alumni

4. Improve student engagement through targeted interventions

B. The Offeror’s solution shall provide access to examples of best practices for resume writing to include impact, presentation, and competencies.

C. The Offeror’s solution shall provide analysis, targeted feedback, and guidance through suggested examples.

D. Career Services shall have the ability to embed program specific criteria to ensure resumes are evaluated comparatively to relevant peer groups.

E. The feedback shall be based on data driven analytics, best practices, and recruiter perspectives

F. Career Services shall have the ability to track student progress through detailed analytics about student performance.

G. The Offeror’s solutions should enable users to connect with their personal, professional, or educational network and receive critique or peer review of their resume. H. Users should be able to review feedback from multiple individuals.

I. The solution should increase the counselor/ student relationship .
