A critical review 2

A critical review of a published peer-refereed empirical/analytical (i.e. which uses primary or secondary data) paper within their general discipline of study. This review should contain an assessment of: 1. The philosophical underpinnings of the research 2. The theory used to support the research 3. The appropriateness of the methodology used given the philosophical and theoretical approach 4. An alternative theory that could have been used 5. An alternative research methodology that could have been used (and the implications of this alternative method in terms of sampling, data collection and analysis); 6. Any ethical issues that could be associated with the conduct of the research. 7.
