Operations Assistant for Marketing Company
€6-12 EUR / hora

We're looking for an operations assistant who I can rely on for accomplishing day-to-day business, product and support tasks. The job will evolve over time with opportunities to grow with the company.
We're also looking for someone who's a fanatical communicator (fluent english), fast learner with a positive attitude (a solver not a complainer), and who can be regularly available during certain hours and days of the week.
Primary tasks we need help with will include:
- Client support via email and phone (issues, on-boarding, setups, etc.)
- Wordpress management and updates (data entry and quality control of data)
Secondary tasks you might take on over time:
- Managing accounts (point of contact / project manager)
- Social media posts (organic promotion of business happenings and products/services)
- Various administrative tasks (scheduling meetings, doing demos, etc.)
- SEO experience a plus
