I have extensive experience in developing proposals and work statements that address the customer requirements and meet their expectations. These proposals have ranged from the complex at the enterprise level to the single requirement focused statement of work or task order. My guiding principle is "to answer the mail."
What I mean by that is to identify each of the customer requirements and constraints in the request for proposal and to address each one completely. If there is a question of interpretation and the customer/prospect is not available to respond to questions, I will very clearly state my assumptions and how they are driving the solution.
I bring to the table 40 years of experience in information technology, half of which were in computer operations and networking, and the remainder in information security and cyber security. Much of my experience has been in very visible roles, and the last 10 years or so, I have been considered a senior information security architect.
I believe that if you select me as your candidate, you will have someone who is driven to produce quality products and plans and execute them in a timely and cost effective fashion. I know what it takes to perform a quality job, and I know what it takes to make it successful. that's what you will see in any project proposal I assist you in creating.
