Talented writers needed for content marketing articles

1.1 Job Description We are actively looking for passionate, grammar-savvy writers with a talent for the written word to join our team of freelance international writers, especially writers equipped with experience in the following areas and/or industries: - Digital marketing (knowledge of re-targeting lists, email automation, lead magnets, trip-wires will be a bonus) - Finance - Coaching - Business success - Jewelry - Commercial real estate (knowledge of the Singapore landscape for commercial real estate writers is crucial) None of the above areas fit your expertise/experiences? Please note that we are always on a lookout for writers with a varied set of writing skills and content knowledge so please do write to us if you’re keen! If a new project pops up and we think you’re a suitable candidate, we will reach out to you! 1.2 Application & Basic Job Details Interested writers are required to either submit a relevant portfolio or draft a 300-500 word article based on a topic of our choosing. - If we think you’re suitable, you will be hired on a probation basis and paid at probation rates (incentive bonuses and penalties still apply—see below for details). - Probation period lasts for a maximum of 3 articles and you may be confirmed earlier depending on performance. - For every article, writers are required to submit an outline within 24 hours based on the topic provided. - Once the outline has been approved, writers are provided with a 48-hour turnover time per article. - Standard word count per article is approximately 1000 words. 1.3 Probation Rates and Basic Rates (+ Incentive bonuses & Penalties) Due to our tight deadlines, on top of basic rate payouts, we are implementing incentive bonuses and penalties to motivate writers to strive for efficiency and quality in every project. - Probation rates start at $18 per article. - A $5 incentive per article will be rewarded if you submit your article on time with minimal errors. - Penalties apply if articles are submitted after the 48-hour deadline: o $5 will be deducted if articles are submitted within 12 hours after deadline. o $10 will be deducted if you submit within 12-24 hours after deadline. o Once 24 hours has passed, there will be no payout. - Please notify us if you think you are unable to meet the deadline and we will try to work things out where possible! - Upon passing probation, writers will be added to our permanent rotation of freelance writers, paid at a basic rate of $25 per article. Same incentive bonuses and penalties apply. **Special bonuses for writers on permanent rotation: $20 bonus will be paid after every 4 articles if all 4 articles are submitted on time with minimal issues. Additional payout bonuses may be offered to outstanding writers at the company’s discretion.
