We are looking for bloggers to help create blogs content for a human-centric task management tool. Today work tools can feel like a constant grind: open, see the next tasks, tasks disappear when done, more show up and it just goes on in an endless repetitive cycle. While today's tools provide us with functional benefit, they lack in making us feel accomplished. At Bludot ([login to view URL]), we celebrate accomplishments, highlight strengths, and demonstrate quantifiably the contributions each team member has to the organization. We are an early stage startup developing a task management tool with engagement-driven interpersonal exchanges that are: unexpected, anticipatory and personal. Our cloud-based solution allows teams to dynamically work together in large projects within a single organization or across multiple organizations. As they go about their tasks, members can send personalized e-cards to other team members to show their appreciation. These cards (or gif.. or meme.. or cat video) are revealed as the recipient completes their own tasks, slowly but randomly giving hints of the content of the card. These unexpected messages from another team member can bring a smile to your face. We are changing the way we work and we are cognizant that we need a creative way to bring this message to the market. We need a tribe to make sure that the message is heard, that customers can find us and become more productive and appreciated.
