Seeking a Long Term Writer for Cookbooks Our publishing company is seeking talented, motivated writers to create organized, coherent, and delicious cookbooks on various themes that will vary from one week to another. The writers we are looking for should enjoy cooking and have a good of basic knowledge of nutrition, and be able to create delicious recipes that are aimed for the American market. Typically each cookbook should include 50 recipes and an introduction to the theme of the book with information like basic cooking methods to use, culinary tools and ingredients needed, dietary information in case of a diet cookbook, etc. Please apply ONLY if you are interested in weekly assignments, can work long term, and the budget is satisfactory. We pay 2$ per recipe and 20$ for the introduction, meaning a 50-recipe cookbook would have a budget of 120$ and need to be delivered within 7 days of hiring. DO NOT APPLY if you consider the budget is too low, if you are not interested in recipes and different cuisines, and if you cannot deliver on time. The work required to complete this project to our satisfaction is trivial for a professional writer; please keep this in mind when proposing your bid. Also, any proposal submitted without an attached writing sample will be disregarded. To facilitate the process, we will provide the writer with samples of writing that demonstrate what we are seeking in the final product. We will also provide guidelines regarding what should be included in the cookbook. A precise format will be given and can easily be copied and paste to facilitate the formatting of the report. You will also get guidelines to write recipes that will need to be followed. A 300-word book description needs to be added to the report. The description has to be very compelling to entice the readers to purchase the report. After grabbing the reader’s attention, list the benefits of the report and further entice the potential customer to click the buy button. Should the chosen writer provide us with high-quality work, in a timely manner, following the above requirements, we will explore the possibility of forming a long-term working relationship with the writer. We have need of a number of pieces covering various different topics for cookbook and nutrition, and we would prefer to continue working with a writer who has proven him or herself to be reliable. This is a work-for-hire position, meaning that the copyright for the finished material will be transferred to me upon payment for the work. The writer will not retain any rights whatsoever to finished work and will not be credited as its author. These points will be expressly covered in a contract that must be signed prior to beginning the work. Absolutely no plagiarism will be tolerated. The finished piece will be examined closely for any evidence of plagiarism, and should such evidence be found, the writer will be summarily dismissed without payment.
