Hello, Yes, the Azure AD can be linked to the Office 365 environment. You could create Azure AD user and make it as your Office 365 user. The easier way is by using Powershell script, so you will simply pass Azure credential with its tenant ID and then let the script will do the integration. I could create an independent application with custom GUI which will do any powershell scripting, so you will have a custom nice user interface.
