Finish First-Floor Masonry & Fittings

My house’s first floor is standing unfinished and I want it fully closed in and ready for the next trades. The core work still pending is: • Bricklaying for the remaining external and internal walls • Complete plastering on all newly built surfaces • Installation of the specified windows and doors once the openings are set All bricks, mortar, plaster, windows, and doors are already stored on-site, so there is no material procurement required—just skilled labour with the right tools. I only have rough sketches at the moment, so I need a professional who can read what is there, advise where details are missing, and then execute the build accurately in line with local construction standards. We will walk the site together, agree on measurements and phasing, and set clear milestones (wall completion, plaster finish, window & door fitment) before work begins. Please be comfortable coordinating with me directly, keeping the work area tidy, and delivering photo updates if I am off-site.
