Drafting residential construction drawings

We are a residential construction company and this work will be ongoing. We need a draftsman and designer who can use the software 'Softplan 2014'. We will send the concept design in a softplan format, and we require plans to be drawn up for council submission. We will provide prior completed plans so the freelancer can use as a template to make the drawings they do look the same, as if they were completed within our office. We would supply all the design information and the freelancer would need to compile the drawing. The plans would need to be sent to me in the softplan format on completion and we would review them and have you make any required changes.
This is not a one off project, We are looking to create an ongoing relationship with a freelancer and would like to be able to call on them regularly , it would also be beneficial if the free lancer was able to create 3d models within softplan that are life like and internal 3d rendering.
The freelancer needs to be able to read construction plans, do detail drawings through sections, be able to read contour plans, be able to fill in small amounts of missing detail
The attached files are examples of the required work we need. All work MUST BE IN SOFTPLAN 2014
