Need an architectural technician

Would you be able to give me a quote to provide all the drawings for a planning application on my behalf? i have a planning consultant who can submit the planning application for me but she needs drawings that meet Bromley council’s criteria. My address is 15 Hamlet Road SE19 2AP London, borough of Bromley. I need to replace the windows and the roof of my conservatory as they are quite old, the roof is leaking and the conservatory is extremely cold in the winter. The current roof is a polycarbonate roof and the windows are timber windows. I would like to replace the windows / door with UPVc windows / door with woodgrain finish and the roof with a warm insulated roof. There is also one window and a door in one of the bedrooms that I would like to replace as they are falling apart: I would like to replace them with another new double glazed sash window (timber sash, so like for like) and the door with another wooden door: that room is also facing the garden (so cannot be seen from the main street) I am in the Belvedere Conservation Area but my flat is not subject to Article 4 directions. If you could let me know what would be your fee to provide all the drawings and when you would be able to start working on this that would be great.
