1002 Oakdale -- 2

I'm an investor and bought this home recently. However I love the neighborhood and will be moving into it with my family. Looking for help with designing interior and also with exterior elevations. The home is two stories, although the first story is like a walkout basement in that there are parts that are partially in the ground (pictures will make this evident). Would ultimately like to rebuild or raise the roof as the ceilings are currently only 8ft high, but would probably take that on in a year or two after moving in. But, would like to have a floorplan design that will take the future roof renovations into consideration so that i don't have to renovate the interior twice.
