We have around 80 kpi's provided by different departments on monthly, quarterly, mid yearly and yearly basis. These are provided by filled in excel sheets. We would like someone to create a professionally looking dashboard where these KPIs could be reviewed during the managment meeting, The dashboard can be created in power bi or any other suitable on premises softwares. Expectations for the dashboard: - 60 to 80 KPI's visual with trends and ability to see lowest / highest performers - ability to refresh and acquire data from the participants excel sheets - ability to set targets and modify targets after certain time - the charts / the synthetic table reacts on KPI below target - ability to add notes and remarks Expectations for the staff data input fileds - easy to fill and links to the dashboard - they may be in the fixed location or may be pasted to the fixed location - they may have fixed names for the easier connection to the dashboard More data will be provided to selected interested parties Read Less
