B2B Business Development Manager – Security Services (Hybrid) | Seattle, WA We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our security services company throughout the Seattle metropolitan area. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work, client meetings, networking, and field visits. We are looking for a proven sales professional with experience securing contracts with property management companies, commercial real estate firms, construction companies, apartment communities, HOAs, warehouses, and other commercial clients. The ideal candidate has an established network, understands the local market, and has a track record of developing opportunities and closing long-term service contracts. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and develop new business opportunities. - Build relationships with key decision-makers. - Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits. - Prepare proposals and security solutions tailored to client needs. - Negotiate and close service agreements. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet growth objectives. - Represent the company at networking and industry events. Preferred Experience - Security services sales - Property management industry - Commercial real estate - Construction industry - Facilities management - Staffing or contract services sales Compensation Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.
