You are to prepare for and chair this meeting. You must prepare/produce/do the following: - Prepare meeting agenda - Prepare visual aids for agenda items - Send final agenda to your trainer prior to the meeting - Allocate the following roles prior to the meeting participants (ie your classmates - you will be the chairperson/leader): o Timekeeper o Action recorder/minute taker o Black-hat wearer - Lead/chair the meeting and guide discussion, ensuring that: o All attendees participate o The meeting finishes on time o Action items are recorded and responsibility for each item is assigned. - Review meetings minutes document and send finalised minutes to your trainer by the end of the day on the day of the meeting.
