Optimize Matlab Script

I currently have a matlab script which I use to analyze data with. It is just 50 lines of pretty basic code. It is not a very complicated script; just a series of math equations which data gets plugged into and then it outputs a result. It operates in a top to bottom format and consists of a few for/if loops which it pushes the data through. I would like to make this script highly optimized. I sometimes analyze hundreds of lines of data with this script and the process will take a very long time due to its lack of efficiency and dependence on loops. What I am looking for: I would like this Matlab script optimized in an Object Oriented Programming format, incorporating the use of classes. I need to be able to have it update and analyze data in real time with the use of either triggers/listeners/events. When a new line of data is added to my data set, I would like the newly optimized OOP script to update the output as well. I am anticipating this being a pretty cheap task for someone to undertake.
