x64 System Service Driver for custom hardware

All code must be written in c++, no MFC allowed. I will provide the application skeleton, which you will flesh out. I will also provide the header file for the custom class, as well as a placeholder definition of that class ( for development purposes). Modifications to the class will not effect the functionality of the final project and should be avoided. You may not modify the header file, if you need functionality added, please contact me and I will handle it and provide you with an updated header file.

I need a custom system project set up which will compile under visual studio 2012 express or at your choice any open source compiler. The service must run as a system service and will create a drive which will be accessible to applications. The drive letter must be configurable via command line switches and should default to the highest available drive letter if none is specified. If it is set via command line then it should default to that drive letter in the future without being told each time. Use a registry entry or a local data file. The service will access the physical drive through a custom class which I will provide to the winning bidder. The class handles the details of interfacing with the hardware, I just need the code you write to handle making that data available as a drive.

This is a hobby project, and I may GPL the code at some point, however, you may not use any open source code.

The class constructor initializes the device on creation, and has read/write functions. It has a detailed (blocking) destructor which must be called (via delete) prior to terminating the service for any reason.
