win32 c++ MDB to DBF coverter

Hello I have deep knowledge about DBF file structure and I have experience with working with Access files using ODBC. This task looks as piece of cake for me.

I'm an experience MS Access and vba developer, have been in this field for almost 10 years and working many MS Access or MS Access related project (using other development platforms). I'm also Brainbench MS Access certified. I'm confidence I can finish this project for you as requested.

I found some leads on DBF format and Access is widely used on Windows, so this is doable. Will you please let me know of any constraints? I do development with C++, for engineering native solutions. How soon should this be begun?

I propose to build this tool in Delphi 7 in which I am good. Uses Access Database Engine a free tool from MicroSoft. Will be converted to Clipper / Foxpro 2.5 format.
