This project is for the platform & Web portion: • Must be able to service multiple customers (SaaS / Multi-Tenant) • Must be able to support multiple users within each customer account (see Account Management/Roles below) Features to include: • 2-way SMS Chat (messages are sent/received immediately) - like ZipWhip • New message badges & toaster notifications when incoming messages are received • Composing & Scheduling of outgoing text message(s) • Upload/Importing a .csv to schedule a mass delivery of messages. • Use of message templates to easily compose message • Import contacts from CSV • Sync contacts from another datasource (schedule webhook/import via API) • Create groups/lists from imported contacts • Send SMS to list/groups • User management (subaccounts or teams) within each account • Balance Maintenance (track # of messages sent/received - Charge Credit card when balance reaches certain level) Account Management/Roles • Super Admin: Manages all accounts using platform • Account Admin: Manages all operators within account including operator permissions • Operator: Users of the SMS chat application Support for the following Identity Providers o Support Azure AD Authentication (0365 clients) Reporting • Should support account balance (credits) • Sent & Received texts should deduct from credit balance • Reports to show incoming / sent messages by account / user Additional: The application should be multitenant – allowing the same deployed instance to service multiple customers, keeping conversations & data separate one account from another. Within an account, the admin role should be able to create/manage multiple users (operators) each with their own license key to the SMS gateway. No prepayments are done. - App should work as a fully working app according to the milestones. - Status updates should be communicated at least every second day. - The Milestones will be divided into 4: o Application Architecture Overview is shared : 10% release o After Front-End design Completed and Approved : 20% release o After the Web Apps is Deployed & Fully Functional: 50% release o 2 weeks after Deployment & bugs are fixed : 20% release
