I will develop software for manage vouchers based on input data and print voucher using a thermal printer or normal printer. I have 4 years of experience in c# web and windows application development. I have also worked with excel data from a windows application. Thank you

can I do the job in Excel VBA? It will be based on excel, on opening the file, it will prompt us with a one page form to let you create invoices / and coupons. The data will be saved to underlying excel, and it can be protected as well. Please let me know if you have the budget to accommodate, I have bid for four man hours of work, and it would easily take that much time to deliver the product to you. Thank you.

I have been developing desktop WIndows apps for over 30 years, using a variety of languages. This project seems to include several input fields for accepting user information with one field that is read-only and generates an incremental voucher number. All input fields will have some form of field verification ('Required' at a minimum) Output will be to a Excel compatible file (generally .cvs) Every n times per customer (n specified as 5000, but should be configurable) an invoice will be printed for that customer (invoices will be numbered, and invoice numbers cannot be duplicated (Is this correct?))
