Hard coded captcha test site

I need a hard coded captcha program using Asp.net technology. It is just for testing purpose. It should look like below. See attached document. When the user makes the successful pattern, save the time in the database. You should just save the id, time and ip address of the user. If user enter wrong captcha than still you have to save into the database but you need to save that wrong pattern
