Hi, I dunno what it's named. But.. Let me explain.. I have my own list of "Socks4/5". in a textfile. I need to use my server IP to use one by one of those Socks4/5. example: [login to view URL] -> Pick first valid proxy from list -> Use it in my program! I want to use it same as TOR concept. they provide Socks5 and I use them in my browser. but in my case I have my own list of Socks5/Socks4

Hello As far as I underestood the job, you need a DNS server to park you a subdomain on the proxy server. To do this its enough to define an "A RECORD". I dont think you need a programmer; just a network expert is ok. I have both expertise together though. I can do it very fast and with the least price.
