UWP application with Win2D library

I am looking for an programmer to help me with the project created in C# UWP with "Win2D" library ([login to view URL]). Current solution is based on MVVM Light library.
A few words about the application:
- Create images based on the alghoritm (image processing).
- Apply many images on one image.
- Generate array of bytes of created images.
Problems with the application:
- Slow, not efficient game loop
- Tasks, multithread synchronization
- General poor efficiency
It is possible to create a whole new project.
Only programmers with Win2D library knowledge.
