3D CAD modelling - architecture

We require the 3D CAD modelling of a row of up to 10 townhouses (all similar, but with variations) and associated hard landscaping. Also two interiors of the houses, showing lounge/kitchen, one bathroom and one bathroom of each. This model will need to show all architectural detail and will need to include furniture and fittings at very good detail for the internals. All materials require to be on separate layers The first part of the project is the modelling. There may be rendering components + animation to follow if the right contractor is suitable. The model is to be used in V-ray / Max and we will need to test a small section of this first to ensure compatibility. All information is available as 2d dwgs and we are looking to have the modelling completed within one week form the appointment date.
