Hello, I won a simulation hackathon at NITK where i developed a ASPEN simulation model of similar requirement, so I believe I can do this job. Here's my proposal : I can develop a structured DWSIM simulation for your 10 TPD plastic pyrolysis plant, covering all major units including the reactor, catalyst tower, gas-liquid separator, multi-stage condensation system, spray condenser, and wax recirculation loop. My approach focuses on building a clear and practical model using appropriate hydrocarbon ranges (C5–C30), along with realistic yield estimation for oil, gas, wax, and char. The simulation will include temperature profiling, pressure drop considerations, and pipeline inputs (length and diameter) to reflect actual operating conditions. I will ensure the model is logically built, easy to understand, and ready for further refinement based on plant-specific data.
