fertilizer manufacturing

I am looking for answers to some questions i have about organic materiao decomposition and what bacteria is responsible for breaking down amino acids and peptides to mineral nitrogen. as well as breaking down Potassium and Phosphorus to its bio available form for plants. I am researching for a fertilizer product that i plan to manufacture that starts as fish protein hydrolysate and it will be mixed with vermacast tea. I am hoping to make an organic fertilizer that is already mineralized so the nutrients are bio available as soon as possible for hydroponic use as well as soil agriculture. I need clarification on what processes I can implement to get to that end result.
