Hello! You need to clarify which direction of traffic you want to balance: outbound or inbound. Outgoing traffic can be balanced by many BGP mechanisms: Weight, Local Preference, Maximum-paths. Incoming traffic is very difficult to balance evenly, but there are also different mechanisms for this: AS-Path Prepend, MED, BGP Community, PBR, announcements of different networks to different ISP, etc.
